Capture Memory Truth Cards
A daily word for hard days and good ones: a verse from the King James Bible, a truth to hold, and a short prayer.
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
God has not given me a spirit of fear. He has given me power, love, and a sound mind.
Lord, when fear tries to take over my thoughts, remind me that You have not given me a spirit of fear. Fill me with Your power, love, and a sound mind. Amen.
What it is
Capture Memory Truth Cards is a free web app with 1,861 cards across 93 topics, from anxiety and grief to gratitude and hope. Tell it how you feel today and it gives you a word for it. Keep the ones that speak to you, follow a short reading plan, or send a card to a friend.
There are no ads, and what you write in the app stays on your phone.
Getting it
A small group is testing Truth Cards right now, and it opens to everyone soon. If you’d like to help test it, email hello@capturememorytruthcards.com.
Support Truth Cards
Truth Cards is free for everyone, and it stays that way whether you give or not. Running it costs about $35 to $60 a month: the web address, the hosting, and soon the service that lets friends share words.
Give $3 a monthCancel any time Give onceYou choose the amountBoth open a secure Stripe page. We never see your card number. A gift helps run the app and doesn’t unlock anything: everyone gets everything. It’s not a tax-deductible donation.
Cancel any time
Stop a monthly gift whenever you like on the change or cancel page, or email us. It stops before the next payment, and nothing in the app changes.
Refunds
If you gave by mistake or changed your mind, email hello@capturememorytruthcards.com within 30 days of the payment and we’ll refund it in full.
A charge you don’t recognize
Gifts show on your statement as CM TRUTH CARDS. If a charge looks wrong, email us first and we’ll sort it out.
Privacy
The app keeps what you write on your phone. An account is optional; if you make one, we keep only your email address and the name you choose. Stripe handles gifts: we see your name, email and the amount, never your full card number. There are no ads, no tracking and no selling of anything about you.
